Is there a parking lot at the Hotel?

There is a paid parking under the park in front of the hotel, about 5 minutes walking from the Hotel. When you arrive, you can park your car right in front of the Hotel for 10 minutes. We will give you complete instructions on where to park during check-in. We can also refer you to an outside parking lot if you have a big truck.


What is the cancellation policy?

When you make a reservation, we send you a confirmation email in which is included a limit date to cancel or modify your reservation without fee. This date is determined by the gap between the date on which you reserved and the date of the beggining of your stay. Any cancellation or modification made after this date will be subjected to a charge equivalent to the cost of 1 night plus taxes per room booked.

Also, in case of no-show on the arrival date indicated in your reservation, the total cost plus taxes of every room that is concerned will be charged.


Can I check-in outside the opening hours?

The reception closes at 9:30pm, but you can arrive at any time you want, provided you let us know in advance. This way, we can prepare for your arrival and send you in advance by email all the necessary instructions for accessing your room.


Can I check-in before 3:00pm?

Yes and if your room is not available when you arrive, we can keep you luggage free of charge until your room is ready.


Do I have to pay upfront?

Payment is only made at the end of your stay, except in the case of cash payment or debit card. When you check-in, we verify the validity of your credit card by pre-authorizing the total amount of your stay. When you check-out, you can change the payment method at your convenience.


Is the Hotel accessible for someone with mobility limitations?

There is an elevator in the building and most rooms are accessible via the elevator. Please mention it in your reservation if you need a room accessible via an elevator.
Note that there are 5 steps at the front door of the Hotel and another 4 steps to get to the breakfast area.


I'm coming to your Hotel via the train station or the cruise terminal. What is the best way to go to the Hotel?

We recommend taking a taxi to get to the Hotel. The train station and cruise terminal are located in the lower part of the city while the Hotel is at the top of the hill. The journey takes about 7 minutes.


How far is the Airport from the Hotel?

The airport is half an hour from the Hotel by taxi with a flat rate per cab.


Is smoking allowed in the Hotel?

No smoking is tolerated in the Hotel. If it is smokable, it has to be done outside.


Is there a bar in the Hotel?

There is no bar in the Hotel, but there are bars within a walking distance. There is a seating area at the reception and it is open from 7am to 9pm.


Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the Hotel to ensure an allergen-free environment. All our bedding is non-allergenic.


Which cards can I use?

All VISA and Mastercard cards are accepted.
