Reservation Policy

Upon booking your room and providing us with your credit card number and expiry date in lieu of guarantee, your reservation will be confirmed.

During certain periods of the year, reservations of 2 nights or more may be required. Any arrival after or departure before the required dates will be considered as cancellation.

If you plan your check-in after 5h00 PM, please notify us of your arrival time by calling us at (418) 694-0834 or by sending us an e-mail at info@manoiresplanade.ca

If you do not inform us of your arrival time, we will hold the room (or rooms) for you until 9:00 p.m. after which, if you have not taken the room (or rooms), we will charge you the cost of one night’s stay on your credit card or we will deduct it from your paid deposit.

Cancellation Policy

In general, there are no penalties for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to 5:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. Every cancellation made within 72 hours before your arrival date is subject to one night charge of the room(s) that is (are) concerned.

Especially, during peak season or during busy periods, arrangements can be made to delay the cancellation deadline at the time you book your room(s).

If you cancel your reservation after the required or agreed-to cancellation deadline, a charge equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay in the booked room (or rooms) will be applied to your credit card or will be deducted from your deposit.

The cancellation policy for groups will be applied as per the arrangement made at the time of reservation.

Especially, if the reservation is made long time before the arrival date or during peak season or during busy periods, arrangements can be made to delay the cancellation dealine at the time you book your room(s).
